Rental Terms & Responsibilities
- Setup and cleanup time must be included within the rental period selected.
- Renters are responsible for returning all tables and chairs to their designated storage areas.
- The facility must be be left clean and ready for the next user.
- Sweep and mop floors as needed.
- Remove all trash from the building.
- Clean the kitchen and restroom if used.
- Do not leave food, beverages, or personal items in the refrigerator or freezer.
- The renter is responsible for any damages that occur during the rental period.
- Access instructions and a temporary door code (if required) will be provided prior to the rental date.
Important Reservation Notice
Submitting payment does not automatically confirm your rental date.
After your request is received, the Chamber will review building availability and send an approval email confirming your reservation.
If your requested date or time is unavailable, the Chamber will contact you to choose a different date or issue a full refund.
Access instructions and a temporary door code (if requested) will be emailed prior to your rental date.
